The 4th BigBoy Anniversary Open Chess Tournament is a rapid chess event held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at the Brgy. Concepcion 1 Covered Court, Sogod, Southern Leyte. A 7-round Swiss system with a time control of 10 minutes + 3 seconds increment; games start from 9:30 AM. Two divisions run in parallel — Open Adult and Kids (12 years old & under) — each with its own cash prize ladder, plus special awards. ₱500 registration. Free lunch (lechon & snacks) with unlimited rice for all participants. Organized by Adrian Joy T. Singson in celebration of BigBoy's 4th anniversary. Note: the tournament was moved from July 26 to July 25, 2026 by the organizer to avoid a conflict with another chess tournament.
