Two divisions play side by side over 7 rounds of Swiss at 15 minutes plus a 3-second increment: a Youth Division for players 14 years old and below, and an Open Division. The Open champion takes ₱8,000 and a trophy, with cash down to 15th place; the Youth champion takes ₱2,500 and a trophy, with cash and medals down to 10th.
