The FIDE Classification Tournaments run on September 5 and 6, 2026 at the Alicia Community Center in Alicia, Isabela — three FIDE-rated sections giving players in different rating bands a chance to compete for cash prizes and improve their FIDE ratings. The champion of the Master Section is awarded the title of National Master (NM) or Woman National Master (WNM). • Master Section (2399 and below) — 6 rounds, 60 minutes + 30 seconds • Intermediate Section (1799 and below) — 7 rounds, 30 minutes + 30 seconds • Elementary Section (1499 and below) — 7 rounds, 30 minutes + 30 seconds Every section pays cash down to 20th place, plus 14 Top Category awards spanning all sections.
