The 14 Under Open Chess Tournament is a one-day rapid event presented by People Chess Center at Newpoint Mall, Angeles City on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11:00 AM. It is a 6-round Swiss at 15 minutes plus 3 seconds delay, on a local rating basis, limited to 40 players and open to all skill levels 14 and under.
