The 5th UQCC Young Champions Chess Tournament is a FIDE-rated rapid event for players 13 and below, held on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at the Ground Level near Decathlon, Evia Lifestyle Center, Las Piñas City. 7-round Swiss System · 15 minutes + 3-second increment · FIDE-rated. ₱3,000 and a trophy for the champion, with cash down to 10th place and gift sets to 15th. Category prizes go to the Top U11, U9, U7, Top Girl, Top UQCC Member and Youngest Player, plus a Top School trophy decided by each school's top 3 scorers. Registration fee ₱650. Limited to 70 participants — strictly no on-site registration.
