The Luzon leg of the PSC-NCFP Selection National Chess Championships eliminations (Men & Women), held August 21–23, 2026 at RECS Village, Bubukal Sports Complex, Brgy. Bubukal, Sta. Cruz, Laguna. An 8-round Swiss System played at 60 minutes + 30 seconds increment. All players reaching 4.5 points advance to the semi-finals; semi-final winners proceed to the Grand Finals, whose winners represent the country internationally.

PATHWAY All players with 4.5 points advance to the semi-finals, where qualifiers face FM/IMs (men) and WFM/WIMs (women). Semi-final winners proceed to the Grand Finals against NCFP-nominated players and Grandmasters. Grand Final winners represent the country in international competition. All players receive certificates of participation. Cruz, Laguna by scanning the "Scan to Register" QR code on the official poster. 3. Check that your standard FIDE rating meets the division limit — 2099 and below for men, 1750 and below for women. 4.
