5-round Swiss. First 100 participants only (ASCC members prioritized). College division prizes: 1st ₱1,500, 2nd ₱1,000, 3rd ₱700, 4th ₱500, 5th ₱400 (+ medal & certificate); Top Female ₱300. Each division also awards a Top Female Player (₱300 + medal & certificate).
