The 3rd MC Rapid Chess is Mindanao Chessmates' September leg for young players, held at Damosa Market Basket, Lanang, Davao City on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Two age divisions run side by side: Kiddies 13-Under and Juniors 18-Under. Both play 7 rounds of Swiss at 15 minutes plus a 5-second increment. The Juniors 18-Under division pays ₱2,500 to the champion, ₱1,500 for second, ₱1,000 for third and ₱750 for fourth, plus ₱500 for the best female player. Kiddies 13-Under pays ₱1,500, ₱1,000, ₱750 and ₱500 for the top four, with a ₱500 special award for the youngest participants. Every listed placing also carries a medal. Registration is ₱250 when paid online in advance and ₱300 on site. Online entries pay by GCash to AIM/NA Alfred Moulic and submit a payment screenshot with the entry form.
