Open to Lingayen chess players aged 30 and below. Organised in celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 by the Local Government Unit of Lingayen through the Local Youth Development Office, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Lingayen, and the Lingayen Chess Club.
