The MCCP Developmental Chess Tournament — 1950 Below Local Rating has been RESCHEDULED to Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Bocaue CityMall, along McArthur Highway, Bocaue, Bulacan. Round 1 starts at 10:15 AM. Seven rounds of Swiss System at 10 minutes plus a 2-second increment, open to players rated 1950 and below on the Chess Portal PH rapid rating as of July 2026. Registration is ₱300 for regular players and ₱200 for BCC Inc. members. Onsite registration runs 9:00 AM–10:30 AM only; you can also secure your slot in advance through the organizers' Google Form. The champion takes ₱3,000, with cash down to 5th place and five ₱500 special awards. No pooling of prizes. A great opportunity to play, learn, improve, and prepare for your next tournament.
