The Royal Knight Club FIDE-Rated Standard Chess Championship 2026 is a two-day classical event at Fora Filinvest Mall in Tagaytay City, Cavite, on October 17–18, 2026. Six rounds of Swiss System under FIDE Standard (classical) rules, 60 minutes plus a 30-second increment from move 1, starting at 10:00 AM. The rating category is 2050 and below. A ₱50,000 prize fund pays cash down to 9th place, topped by ₱20,000 and a trophy for the champion, with medals and special prizes for Top Under 12, Top Under 10, Top Lady, Top Senior and Top Unrated. The organizers state there is NO PRIZE PULLING — if you place in a prize category, the prize is yours. Early registration is ₱1,200 until October 10, 2026; late registration is ₱1,500 from October 11 to 17. NCFP membership is required.
