The 8th NOYPI U1800 FIDE-Rated Standard Chess Tournament is a two-day, FIDE-rated standard event held on July 4–5, 2026 at Robinsons Place Manila, Ermita, Manila. 7 rounds Swiss system, 30 minutes + 30 seconds increment from move one, FIDE Laws of Chess. Open to players with a FIDE Standard Rating of 1799 and below (July 2026 FIDE Rating List); titled, untitled and unrated players welcome. Champion takes ₱10,000 + trophy. Organized by the Noypi Chess Association Inc.

Special Category Awards (1st ₱1,000 + Gold Medal; 2nd ₱500 Robinsons Gift Checks + Silver Medal; minimum 3 participants per category): - Top Lady - Top Elementary - Top High School - Top College - Top Golden Boy (50+) - Top Senior (60+) - Top Unrated Schedule — Day 1 (Jul 4): R1 9:00 AM, R2 12:30 PM, R3 2:45 PM, R4 5:00 PM, R5 7:15 PM. Day 2 (Jul 5): R6 1:30 PM, R7 3:45 PM, Awarding 6:00 PM. The first 80 registered players receive a FREE event T-shirt.
