The CEPCA Monthly Chess Tournament (August Edition), spearheaded and sponsored by CEPCA President Engr. Jerry Maratas, on August 30, 2026 (Sunday), 2:00 PM onwards, at Robinsons Galleria Cebu (near Port Area), Cebu City. A members' event using CEPCA's handicapping time-control system, seeded on July 2026 local ratings. Class A and Class B each award ₱2,000 / ₱1,000 / ₱500 to the top three, plus Top Kid and Top Lady prizes of ₱500. Limited to 50 players. Open to CEPCA MIGs (members in good standing) and their kids only.
