The National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) is the sole chess governing and authorised body in the Philippines, recognised by the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC), Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), and FIDE. 1. Be a bonafide NCFP member and secure your FIDE ID through NCFP membership. Scan the "NCFP Membership" QR code on the official poster to join or renew. 2. Register for the Visayas leg by scanning the "Scan to Register" QR code on the official poster. 3. Check that your standard FIDE rating meets the division limit — 2099 and below for men, 1750 and below for women. 4. Arrive for the opening ceremony at 8:30 AM on day one; Round 1 starts at 9:00 AM.
