The Sec. Emmanuel "Pacman" Pacquiao 48th Birthday Tatluhan Chess Tournament is a one-day 3-player team event on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, in General Santos City. Organized by the Pacman Chess Association (PCA) and sanctioned by the National United Chess Federation of the Philippines (NUCFP). Rapid chess, 10 minutes + 5 seconds increment, 7 rounds Swiss. Teams of three may average up to 2000 rating (2000.33 is accepted) on the June 2026 rapid list, with boards assigned highest to lowest. The champion team wins ₱100,000, with cash prizes down to 12th place. Online registration is ₱5,000 per team until December 14; on-site registration is ₱6,000 per team.
