The Quezon Open Chess Tournament 2026 is a one-day rapid event at the 3rd Floor Activity Center of Pacific Mall, Lucena City on Saturday, December 19, 2026, from 9:00 AM, organized by Quezon Province chess organizers and officials with clubs from across the province. It is a 7-round Swiss at 15 minutes plus 3 seconds delay, in two divisions: the Open Category (champion ₱5,000) and the Open Elementary Division (champion ₱2,000), each paying down to 10th place. Special prizes go to the top high school player, senior, lady and Quezonian. Registration is ₱350 online or ₱450 onsite.
