Bulak players. Open to all ages, genders, and levels — beginner, intermediate and advanced — except Class A players as determined by the NCC64 registration and screening committee. This is the only Negros Chess Club 64, Inc. event on August 9, 2026, and the only FIDE-rated and NCFP-sanctioned tournament in the province that day.
