Chess United holds its second tournament, Chess United Tournament 2.0, on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the 3rd floor of Robinsons La Union in San Fernando, La Union. It is a 7-round Swiss at 15 minutes with a 3-second delay per move, in two divisions: an Open "non-master" division for ages 13 and above (₱350, 130 slots) and a Kiddies division for ages 12 and below (₱300, 70 slots). The Open champion takes ₱5,000 plus a trophy and the Kiddies champion ₱3,000 plus a trophy, with cash prizes down to 10th place in both divisions and ₱500 special awards for the top San Fernando, La Union, lady, senior and junior players.
