The 5th Boss Capa Chess Training Tournament is a one-day rapid training event held at the 3rd Floor of Victory Plaza, Caloocan City on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM. It is open to players with a Chess Portal Rapid Rating of 1899 and below based on the July 1, 2026 rating list. Format is a Swiss System of 5 to 6 rounds depending on the number of participants, played at 8 minutes + 4 seconds increment per move under the FIDE Rapid Laws of Chess. Registration is ₱400, the field is capped at 80 players, and there is strictly no onsite registration — advance registration only.
