Cristo St., Tondo, Manila, near the Sto. Niño de Tondo Church. Six rounds of Swiss System at 12 minutes plus a 3-second increment. Registration is ₱100 and anyone can join. The champion takes ₱1,500, with cash down to 8th place and four special awards of ₱200 each. In cooperation with Barangay 4 and its council.
