The 25th edition of the monthly open rapid tournament run by RA Jan Mar B. Hondonero with the Knights Chess Club Tagum, held at CityMall Tagum. One open section, ₱300 to enter, ₱4,000 to the champion, and cash down to 7th place — plus special awards for the top Under-12, Under-10 and Under-8 finishers.
