The Trento Mayor's Cup 2026 is a FIDE-rated rapid chess tournament over two days at the Evacuation Center, Trento, Agusan del Sur — 7 rounds, Swiss System, individual category. September 26, 2026 is for TRENTO PLAYERS ONLY, with the High School and Elementary School categories. September 27, 2026 is OPEN FOR ALL, with the Open Category. Registration is ₱300 for the Open Category, ₱100 for Trento players in the Open Category, and ₱50 for High School and Elementary. The Open champion takes ₱15,000 plus a trophy and certificate, with cash down to the 10th runner-up, and special awards including ₱1,000 for the Top Trentohanon. The High School and Elementary champions each take ₱3,000 plus a medal and certificate. Run with the Municipality of Trento, the NCFP, the Philippine Sports Commission, FIDE and the DepEd Caraga Chess Club.
