Join us this August 8, 2026 for a fun and competitive chess tournament hosted by ChessMatics Support Community and Ruy Lopez Chess Academy, in partnership with SM City Sta. Mesa. The event runs two divisions over 6 Swiss rounds at a 15+3 time control, starting 1:00 PM. Open Age U1700 Beginner Division — exclusively for ChessMatics Academy and Ruy Lopez Chess Academy students. Limited to 30 participants. Every participant will receive a Medal and Certificate of Participation. Open Advanced Division — open to all chess players who want to compete. Limited to 20 participants. Every participant will receive a Certificate of Participation, with cash prizes for the Top 5 finishers. Slots are limited, so reserve yours today!
