The PICE Cebu Chapter Open Chess Tournament 2026, organized by the Cebu School of Chess for the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Cebu Chapter. Held on Sunday, July 25, 2026, 9:00 AM onwards at the 4th floor, CCC Chess Club, Robinsons Galleria Cebu, Cebu City. A 9-round Swiss event (15 minutes + 5 seconds increment) open to all. Champion takes ₱10,000 + trophy, with cash prizes to 20th place plus an extensive set of special category awards.
