A one-day rapid tournament for players 14 and under, hosted at Fukumaru — a Japanese teppan and ramen restaurant on Maysilo Street, Mandaluyong City — and organized by Chess Whiz Academy. Open to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. The ₱1,000 registration fee includes a meal, and the field is capped at 40 players so everyone gets a comfortable board. Cash prizes down to 5th place, medals to 10th, plus special awards for the top female players and the top Under-10, Under-8 and Under-6 finishers.
